International Pilates Training Program

3-Day Intensive Training | ASI - Australia Sports Institute

Purpose of Training

This training program aims to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the Pilates method not only at the practitioner level but also in its anatomical, physiological and pedagogical dimensions.

The Contrology Method, which is at the heart of the program, has been integrated into the training curriculum with Inelia Garcia, a student of his direct student Romana Kryzanowska and 3rd generation representative, while remaining faithful to Joseph Pilates' original system.

Participants will advance their lesson planning, posture analysis and coaching competencies with systematic approaches based on Contrology and the PIRUS - Conscious Movement System developed by the Australian Sports Institute. The training is given by Volkan Acar, who is internationally recognized in the Pilates world and has trained thousands of instructors.

The training process is supported by theoretical knowledge transfer as well as practical analysis, digital assessment tools (ASI Spine Pro & ASIPirus) and personalized feedback. Participants will have the opportunity to experience both the classical Pilates system and modern analysis and planning methods together.
