ISSA Exercise Specialization

Exercise Specialization

As a trainer, ensuring clients’ safety and teaching them how to implement personalized programs correctly, in a controlled, and non-invasive manner is crucial. The Corrective Exercise approach provides trainers with a strong foundation of knowledge to increase clients’ range of motion, address muscle imbalances, improve performance, and prevent pain and injury.

When you become a corrective exercise specialist, you become not just a trainer but a professional who guides clients in regaining their body awareness. With a deep understanding of the human body structure and the unique functions of each part, you can conduct multi-joint movement analyses of the lower and upper body for each individual and develop appropriate intervention plans. Most importantly, you have the opportunity to transform your clients’ quality of life in multiple ways.
