ASI Contrology Mentorship Program
From Instructor to Mentor: The New Level of Conscious Movement
Developed by the Australia Sports Institute, the Contrology Mentorship Program is an internationally standardized mentorship system that aims to deepen the teaching skills of Pilates instructors, enabling them to reach a level where they analyze, guide, and train other instructors. This program combines a scientific approach, observational skills, and leadership abilities with the foundation of the PIRUS Conscious Movement System.
1. Program Objectives
The Contrology Mentorship Program aims to enable advanced Pilates instructors to:
Develop their individual analysis and correction skills,
Prepare personalized exercise plans for their students,
Transition from a teacher role to a mentor role in training processes,
Gain internationally recognized academic competence.
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive the ASI-approved “Contrology Mentor Trainer” title, allowing them to conduct independent training sessions and train their own students.
2. Structure and Duration
The program consists of case studies, one-on-one mentoring sessions, and observed lesson applications.
Each participant is assigned a “Mentor Supervisor,” and their progress is tracked through their personal file.
