Athletic Performance Certificate Program

As the Australian Institute of Sport, we plan training to support the development of theoretical and practical knowledge of individuals who are performance coaches, especially fitness trainers, in individual and team sports in the field and in the gym.

Our training focused on athletic performance will consist of five days of theoretical (distance learning) courses covering many topics in the field.

The courses, lasting approximately 4 hours and taught by different instructors, will provide you with information on concepts applicable to athletic performance.

The courses, taught by experts in the field, will reflect a wealth of knowledge covering parameters such as strength, flexibility, endurance, speed, and power, as well as measurement and testing, needed in individual and team sports.
