A Journey to Becoming a Scientifically Based Fitness Instructor

The Australia Sports Institute Fitness Level 1 Training is an internationally standardized program designed for participants aiming for professional training in the field of sports. Training sessions are conducted either in person in Ankara or Istanbul, or online via live sessions, depending on preference.

This level provides a strong foundation for those wishing to learn the fundamentals of fitness science, human anatomy, and exercise planning principles.

Scope of Training

Practical Training

Throughout the intensive three-day program, each exercise is demonstrated and practiced individually with expert instructors. Participants gain in-depth experience in correct technique, muscle activation, movement mechanics, and posture analysis.

Online Education

The classes are conducted live via Zoom for 5 days. Each day's sessions last 3-4 hours and cover the fundamental concepts of fitness science, workout planning, and physiological adaptation processes theoretically.

Training Content

Exercise program design: volume, frequency, load, rest, exercise sequence
Hypertrophy and mechanical stress
Muscle activation and length-tension relationship
Motor unit and muscular adaptation mechanisms
Physiological adaptation to anaerobic training
Post-exercise recovery and glycogen replenishment
